Physical delivery of goods

It is very important to us here at Fuschia that you receive your goods quickly and efficiently.


All our products are delivered via Royal Mail or Hermes Courier Service. The latter means your products will require a signature on delivery. We can also track delivery times to keep you updated on where your goods are if requested.

If there is a problem with your order Fuschia Designs will contact you via email or by telephone.

Local Collections

If you are local to Fuschia Designs and would like to take advantage of the Click and Collect Service, you are welcome to do so. Please do call, text or email in advance to set a collection time. 

We are based in Reading Berkshire, so collections can be made in advance if you are local to us.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on UK Royal Mail charges and our courier company Hermes, with a little extra for packaging - £4.95.  For leather good UK orders delivery is £10.00 per order or free for orders over £300.


If a certain product line is out of stock this will be shown in the Fuschia Online Shop, and you will not be able to place an order for the product. If you would like us to inform you when the product is back in stock please contact us via phone, text, social media or email. Alternatively, frequently check the Fuschia online shop to see if the product is back in stock or if an estimated delivery date is provided.

Personalised Products Delivery

Some of our product lines are personalised so these can take slightly longer. Any items which are ordered which are personalised Fuschia will contact via email to give you an estimated delivery date. Leather personalised products lead time is normally around two weeks.

Returns Policy

Products that are damaged or faulty will be exchanged or refunded.  Please note for hygiene reasons face masks, cosmetic / beauty products and confectionery items can not be returned.  In addition any items which have been personalised can not be returned.
