I’m Nicola, founder of Fuschia Designs.

​

With a background in textile design and a lifelong love of colour, stationery and beautifully designed accessories, creativity has always been at the heart of what I do.

I’m rarely far from a notebook, a good cup of tea or my signature pink lipstick and I’ve always loved creating products that are both practical and a little bit special.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

​

My journey began with a BA (Hons) in Textile Design, specialising in Print for Fashion and Interiors at Nottingham Trent University.

Fuschia Designs started in 1999, originally creating bespoke wedding and event stationery. Over the years, the business grew to include wedding favours, table and venue accessories, greeting cards, gifts and decorations.

That earlier chapter gave me the opportunity to work on a wonderful variety of weddings, events and special commissions and laid the foundations for the Fuschia Designs you see today.

A LITTLE OF OUR HISTORY

 

During our years specialising in wedding stationery, event accessories and bespoke commissions, Fuschia Designs was fortunate to work with a wide range of clients and businesses.

​

Our work was stocked by retailers including The Body Shop, The Royal Windsor Farm Shop, Longacres Garden Centre, The Wellington and Cobbs Farm Shop.

​

We also created wedding and event work for hotels and venues including The Vineyard, De Vere and Stoke Park, as well as event projects for brands including Mattel and Porsche.

​

Our designs featured in publications including HELLO!, Asiana, Asian Bride and Wedding Ideas, and we also created bespoke stationery, cards, event accessories and special commissions for a number of private and public clients.

THE BRAND TODAY

​

Today, Fuschia Designs is focused on beautifully made leather gifts and accessories, designed with colour, practicality

and longevity in mind.

​

Our collections are made in England and include accessories for travel, work and everyday life, with personalisation, corporate branding and bespoke options available.

​

From individual gifts to corporate, hotel, event and special commissions, we love helping customers create something thoughtful and distinctive.

​

We continue to work closely with UK manufacturers and suppliers, combining our design background with skilled British craftsmanship.

​
